Seth MacLeod af66560ad3 Add background image to exampleSite ...

https://themes.gohugo.io/theme/dimension/ does not have a working
background. Add background and overlay files to exampleSite folder.
Hopefully this will fix it. WIll have to wait until Hugo runs the theme
updater.
